POSITION SUMMARY

What youll do
Prepare and serve a variety of high quality beverages and food items with precision and flair.
Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Collaborate with team members to create an energetic work environment that fosters teamwork.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to retail math principles.
Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Basic qualifications
Previous barista experience or a strong passion for coffee culture is essential.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
High quality customer service by engaging with customers.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in food service or the food industry, including food preparation and handling.
Familiarity with cashiering duties and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
