Position Purpose

Job Responsibilities
Operates a FRAC Water Heating Unit
Drives a heavy duty, transport vehicle to and from well-site locations on a daily basis
Hooks up hoses and makes sure connections are a tight fit
Follows guidelines and policies set forth by the Frac Heating Supervisor and Customers
Pre and post trip inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (properly complete paper work and logs)
Examines the equipment and reports any necessary repairs to the supervisor and/or Maintenance Shop
Follows all safety policies and procedures, participates in all required safety training and meetings
Continuously monitors the equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time.
Performs and documents minor service on equipment
Ensures that equipment is properly cleaned, serviced and stored at the end of each shift.
Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledgeable and compliant with DOT regulations.

Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of trailhead maintenance tasks on Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) properties as assigned by OSMP staff. There is a heavy emphasis on independence and problem-solving, as we work with a small crew often. Provides a great opportunity to see all of OSMP lands, communicate directly with the community, and collaborate with other work groups. Crew member positions do not need prior experience to be successful. A willingness to learn new skills, work safely with others, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment can be substituted for previous direct experience.
Staring in 2026, the Full Pay Range for this job will be $21.01 - $29.40, but generally the hiring range is up to 80% of this range.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and constructs trailhead infrastructure such as fences, gates, picnic tables, timber structures, benches, bike racks, waste infrastructure, native gardens, drainage infrastructure, shelters, and signage.
Ensures and maintains accessible amenities around trailheads, including construction and maintenance of accessible trails to defined standards.
Works on vegetation management - mowing, trimming, weed whipping, and removal of invasive plants by other methods. Requires knowledge of native plant management.
Works on parking lot repair - filling and repairing potholes by hand and grading surfaces with heavy equipment, such as skid steers and backhoes.
Contributes to snow removal in winter season through use of shovels, snow blowers, or plows.
Services trash and recycling at trail heads and access points.
Cleans and maintains outhouses at OSMP facilities by hand and with power washing equipment.
Works with contract work crews, volunteers, community and court-ordered service persons on trailhead related tasks.
Collects, analyzes and reports data through use of asset management software to inform work plan.
Interacts with the public through a customer service lens as a representative of the City working in public spaces.
Works independently and as part of a team to implement scheduled work plan and react to emergent maintenance situations, often called on to make informed decisions without direct guidance from leadership.
Completes other duties as assigned.

**What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be**
**Staff Carpenter:**
+ Perform skilled carpentry work using various materials related to the construction of theatrical scenery.
+ Assist with the planning, layout, construction, and installation of scenic projects while working closely with the CSF Technical Director and CSF Associate Technical Director(s) to ensure that the scenic elements of the productions are completed with an emphasis on quality and safety.
+ Support transitioning the shop space to a tech rehearsal and performance space.
+ Participate in repertory changeovers and provide routine maintenance.
+ Participate in run crew as needed.
+ This position reports directly to the CSF Technical Director.
**Lighting Technician:**
+ Participate in electrics installation, maintenance, and repair of all lighting equipment. Assist the CSF Lighting Supervisor in engineering all lighting systems.
+ Operate the lighting console for all performances or function as deck electrician as assigned.
+ Complete standard operating procedures pertaining to stage lighting practice, including dimmer/focus checks, lamps, color, etc.
+ Participate in repertory changeovers and provide routine maintenance.
+ Instruct the run crew in show operation and lighting console operation.
+ Install all set / stage lighting equipment and set electrics in consultation with the CSF Lighting Supervisor or Production Manager.
+ Collaborate with the audio department to ensure efficient system installation across departmental lines.
+ Participate in end-of-season strike and restoration of theatre spaces, return of rental items, and preparation of off-season storage.
+ This position reports directly to the CSF Lighting Supervisor.
**Audio Engineer / Technician:**
+ Installation, maintenance & repair of equipment, sound reinforcement, including all radios and headset systems (both wired and wireless).
+ Work with the CSF Production Manager and/or CSF Sound Supervisor to ensure goals are met within budget and time constraints.
+ Operate sound console or function as deck audio technician for all tech rehearsals and performances as assigned.
+ Participate in repertory changeovers and provide routine maintenance.

**Scenic Artist:**
