Main Purpose of Job:
To consistently achieve production of mix and receipt of bulk materials through effective management of the processes, and proper use of equipment. Always maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety & hygiene. This will be achieved by ensuring all mix areas are effectively coordinated through having clear knowledge and understanding of requirements, and attention to detail.
Role and Activity
Make mix and cookie coating necessary for production lines. Test butterfat and solids to insure they meet specifications. Notify QA immediately if tests are not within specification.
Receive dairy, sugar, egg and chocolate coating tankers.
CIP tanks and tankers as needed. Follow SOP's & SSOP's.
Understand how the CIP system works and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Monitor equipment, i.e. HTST, homogenizer, computers, pumps, spray balls, air valves and ensure they are in good condition and that they meet all specifications.
Accurately complete all paperwork to include HTST charts, date, cut in and out, efficiency chart, mix making data.
Ensure all consumptions are correct and done in real time.
Count raw material powders to ensure inventory accuracy.
Keep entire area of mix processing clean, neat and organized. This includes all raw material storage areas for mix powders.
Communicate any issues with possible solutions to your supervisor or manager as they arise.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency to accomplish “Team” goals and tasks.
Must ensure all paperwork is accurate before submitting.
Perform Preventative Maintenance on pumps and valves in mix area.
Keep pumps in working order and spares available.
Participate in the Self-Inspection Audits and follow up with supervisor to ensure issues were resolved.
Act with a sense of urgency to accomplish goals and tasks.
Know and understand department metrics of quality, reliability and safety.

Position Overview
KID Museum is seeking a Maker Educator to facilitate and develop programs that engage children ages 4-14 in impactful, maker-based learning experiences. Essential Job Functions

ROLE PURPOSE
The Cashier is responsible for receiving and disbursing money in establishments other than financial institutions. Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Position may also involve processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to pass standard TSA badging requirements in order to work in the airport.
Highly skilled in providing prompt and friendly customer service
In-depth knowledge of operating cash register and maintaining cash drawer
Well versed in performing monetary transactions such as giving and receiving change
Able to maintain clean, neat and correctly stocked check stand and safe and secure work area
Knowledge of gift cards, travelers checks, and cash, processing coupons, and refunds
Demonstrated ability to balance all transactions run through assigned register, including layaway payments, checks, register receipts, currency, and credit card
Proven record of processing exact and efficient sale and return transactions
Able to maintain knowledge of current product location
Dedicated and meticulous-high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Computer: Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to answer telephone and perform light housekeeping tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Greet customers entering establishments.
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
