Apply proper methods of safety and sanitation as instructed by the VDH and dining service management and maintain a clean and sanitized work station. Adhere to College food quality standards in regards to timeliness, taste and appearance. Complete production sheets accurately and on a timely basis to ensure proper ordering and inventory levels.
