Job Description Summary: Crew Members are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. Providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards. Responsible for cleaning the facility and maintaining equipment. Works with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the YMCA by providing quality member service through member, guest, and facility supervision.
