What Does A Crew Supervisor Do At Aramark

* Inspects, operates, and/or tests equipment to diagnose machine malfunction
* Repairs or replaces defective equipment and/or parts using hand tools and power tools; reassembles equipment
* Completes all documentation needed in order to meet and exceed Aramark standards to ensure accurate inventory
* Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to operate smoothly
* Orders parts, supplies, and equipment
* Records small equipment repair work orders performed and work estimate repair costs
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair
* Must have a valid driver’s license

* Manages the completion of projects.
* This includes monitoring the use of materials, communicating with project sponsor on progress, and assigning tasks to individual members.

* Documents performance issues and makes recommendations for disciplinary action.

* Study specifications
* Meet aggressive deadlines, including weekly submittal of complete and correct timekeeping and paperwork on job progress & costs
* Establish/adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules

* Supervise and lead 6-person crews in the field (day and camping crews).

* Implement skills training and facilitate intentional discussions, informal lessons, and educational activities to contribute to the crew’s personal growth and group dynamics in addition to project work.
* Coordinate trainings to support program outcomes with external providers and AZCC Staff.
* Promote and assess the individual development of each member and the health of the entire crew community.
* Manage group needs and tasks “after project hours” including camp set-up, rig-up, de-rig, group meals, group hygiene, etc.
* Ensure members are completing college assignments and attending class.
* Administration
* Complete professional documentation of project accomplishments, time sheets, daily and weekly reports, Corpsmember and Peer Evaluations, incident reports, and other programming reports.
* Manage petty cash, gas cards and the food budget
