Job Description As part of Wolverine Lawn Services' Snow & Ice Management team, Sidewalk Crew Members and Leads are responsible for keeping walkways, entrances, and pedestrian areas safe, clear, and accessible during winter weather events. Working closely with your team and Zone Leaders, you'll remove snow, apply de-icer, and maintain professional standards on every site. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for people who take pride in hard work, teamwork, and dependable service. Seasonal Bonus: Earn additional $ the more hours you work throughout the season. Compensation: $18 - $28 hourly Responsibilities: Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, and power brooms.
