* Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and process payment transactions
* Ability to use knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely
* Ability to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others

* Must be able to work in a casino environment with possible exposure to secondhand smoke
* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
