What Youll Do DryZone (Foundation Repair, Crawl Space, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Leveling): Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair, including wall bracing, pier systems, and crack repair Support crawl space encapsulation projects to improve structural integrity and indoor air quality Perform concrete lifting and leveling to fix uneven sidewalks, driveways, and slabs Hello Garage (Garage Makeovers): Prepare and coat garage floors using polyaspartic flooring systems Install custom storage, cabinets, and organization solutions Bright Brothers (Soft Washing & Holiday Lighting): Perform exterior soft washing for homes, roofs, and driveways using eco-friendly, low-pressure systems Install, maintain, and remove professional-grade holiday lighting displays, including custom-cut lights, wreaths, and garlands What We're Looking For Construction experience preferred Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills A valid drivers license and a safe driving record DOT Preferred (Not Required) Perks & Benefits A verifiable opportunity to make $35,000+ bonuses.
