A Mountain Operations Crew Member will work to help maintain the facilities, grounds and equipment at Mohawk Mountain Ski Area. They will work as part of a team, to provide the highest quality experience for visitors at Mohawk Mountain. The Phone Crew is responsible for assisting customers with menu selection, recommendations, and taking accurate food orders in a friendly and hospitable manner. This role effectively keeps the flow of the restaurant moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork. The Race Crew member is responsible for race equipment and race building organization as directed by the Race Manager or Snowsports Director. They will set courses as needed for outside race practices as well as assisting with race day needs and set up and run timing equipment when necessary. Reports to the Race Manager and the Director(s) of Snowsports.
