Furthermore, Maintenance Crew members are responsible for the overall maintenance of jobs sites, specific to client requests and contracts. Job Responsibilities: Site Installation: Installation of plants, ground cover, lighting Site Maintenance: management of installed plants, management of ground over (gravel, mulch, etc.), fertilization of plants, watering, weeding and general site clean up Site Plants: proactively identify plants that are in distress or need to be changed out.
