Summary: Responsible for cooking and serving all meats including Brisket and Ribeyes, restocking food on the serving pits, cutting meat orders for guests, and using a scale to weigh all meats cut for customers by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Cut orders for guests Restock food on serving pit from warmers or pits. Ensures that food holds its temperature. Cooks Ribeyes to order following Hard Eight procedures Adds coals when needed. Cleans floors of outside meat walk-in Maintains clean work areas. Maintains levels of buttered corn. Maintains levels of baked potatoes. Interacts with guests going through the line. Weighs out food for customers. Takes out trash and recyclable items. Loads wood box during/after shift, at close for next day. Performs other duties as assigned.
