Prepare and pack customers' items to prevent damage during transit. Tasks include taking apart furniture, wrapping items to prevent damage and packing items into boxes.
Load and unload customers items using dollies/ramps etc.

Offload truck at destination and place items per customers request.
Assemble furniture
Track inventory to ensure nothing gets lost or damaged
Answer customers' questions and address requests they have for how they want items packed, loaded, and unloaded.
Provide information about price and time estimates and address any concerns.
Process payments from customers
Communicate effectively between the customer and the local office for any questions or concerns that may arise during move.
