Job Description Role and Responsibilities Crew Members will enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills in the lawn maintenance industry. You must be able to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions. When working on one of our maintenance crews, you will be using a variety of equipment such as an edger, string trimmers, pruning shears, blowers, and hedge trimmers. In addition, you will be required to hand pick weeds from plant beds and the associated cleanup.
