A Team Member is responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon products to the guests, and for the maintenance of the store premises and equipment, in accordance with Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: Prepare dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt). Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels/Cinnabons/yogurt. Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon. Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color. Dip, drain, and fill pretzels/Cinnabons in the warmer/hot plate.
