Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a fast-paced retail food service environment and requires adherence to all safety and sanitation standards. * Maintain high standards for service and customer relations. Respond to and resolve customer questions and complaints, referring difficult or unusual situations to supervisor
* Perform various clerical duties, such as reviewing and updating menus and price lists. Maintain cash register, replacing ribbons and paper journals and reporting malfunctions
* Perform counter and service functions according to established procedures. Clean counters, tables, condiment stations, and small appliances. Replenish beverages, condiments, napkins, and the like.
* Contribute to the effective functioning and team work in the work area
Education & Experience: High school education and 3-6 months of previous work experience is required
* The skills to read and understand English, add and subtract numbers, and make comparisons between numbers and letters
* Requires contact with patients and/or visitors which involves courtesy

The Ice Crew member performs snow cleanup during TV timeouts for UMass Lowell and Boston Fleet Hockey games at the Tsongas Center. Ice Crew members must be avid skaters. Will assist with goal net handling and ice repairs as directed by Game Day Operations Manager.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.75.

About the Venue
The Tsongas Center home to UML Division I Men's Ice Hockey, Men's and Women's basketball programs, PWHL's Boston Fleet, Massachusetts Pirates Football as well as a variety of events including concerts, family shows, comedy, and other live events. The Tsongas Center serves as a public venue to the community and has been a staple of the region for the past 27 years.
Responsibilities
FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):
* Performs snow cleanup during timeouts for UMass Lowell and Fleet hockey games
* Ensures a clean and safe ice surface for UMass Lowell and Fleet hockey games
* Acts as representative for the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell to the general public, must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of game day protocols and procedures
* Deals knowledgably, pleasantly and professionally with the other crew
* Responsible for keeping game running smoothly and on time
* Arrives early and stays late to assist with game prep and breakdown
* Performs other duties as requested by supervisors or management
* Must have an above average ice skating ability - experienced hockey players and figure skaters preferred
* Must be extremely punctual. Must be able to follow procedures and work under pressure
* Must be able move very quickly to perform snow removal in the small time windows during breaks
* Must be constantly alert and ready to move at a seconds notice
* Must be confortable in a loud and crowded environment
* Ideally understands general rules of the sport of ice hockey

Responsibilities
FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):

Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required. Paid training for those not certified is provided. We are seeking Crew Members to join our Heav'nly Team to fill Morning shifts available (starting at 4am,5am,6am and 7am), 10 AM - 3 PM & 8 AM - 3 PM-630pm. Are you friendly, dependable and have a desire to be part of a fast-paced team? Then join Heav'nly Donuts! We look to our Crew Members to take the lead at providing each and every customer with a great experience while visiting our donut shops. Heav'nly Donuts is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. This could be a part-time job, or you can make this a full-time career. Previous coffee and/or bakery experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week.

Competitive Pay based on experience: Between your base pay and tips, your total pay will be $15+ per hour plus tips and could be more!

Create a welcoming environment for customers and co-workers; we only want positivity inside our shops!
Look to clean constantly while keeping the store well organized and stocked at all times.
