We are seeking a State and Local Government Sales Representative who is ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic. A successful SLG Sales Rep at Cribl will clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on proven sales processes. Please note, this is a remote position based out of New York. We are looking for candidates to live local to the territory, and with a track record of successfully selling into the region.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets

If You've Got It - We Want It
7+ years of SLG Security Sales experience selling into State, Local, and Government Accounts in the NY Area, calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO's)
Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization
Proven Track record of landing and expanding 7 figure deals
Success selling to SLG, and developed at least one new logo from scratch
Experience selling through a channel led motion
Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
Background using MEDDIC
Salary Range ($150k-165k USD)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.

The role

The Role
We're looking for a strategic and analytical Sales Training & Enablement Manager to elevate TripleLift's global sales performance and serve as the voice of the field. You'll turn seller and market feedback into impactful programs that build confident, consultative sellers.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of technical sales and marketing dynamics, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable resources.
This is a highly data-driven role-responsible for analyzing seller performance to identify what top performers do differently and applying those insights to shape onboarding, training, and scalable playbooks. You'll also help teams become AI-ready by integrating new tools and smarter workflows.
You'll partner closely with sales, product, marketing, rev ops, and leadership to drive productivity, reduce ramp time, and fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs that strengthen seller confidence, consultative skills, and product knowledge.
Analyze seller performance data to identify top-performer behaviors and apply insights to optimize training and playbooks.
Build and maintain scalable, role-specific sales playbooks, pitch materials, and certification paths.
Lead AI-readiness efforts by integrating tools and training that drive smarter, more efficient sales workflows.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams.
