POSITION SUMMARY
The King's Kids Club Group Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, fun and thriving age-appropriate environment under the general supervision of the Director, Site Coordinator, and Lead Teacher. Perform tasks independently and in a timely manner and work together as part of a team with the group leader and other support staff while assisting the children.

Support the Director and Lead Teacher in maintaining a quality program that upholds the standards, goals and overall mission of King's Kids Club.
Assist the Director and Lead Teacher and other staff with maintaining a well-functioning safe environment.

Know and comply with the State regulations concerning a state licensed before-and-after school program and understand specifically how the regulations impact your duties.
Intentionally develop positive relationships with students and their families.

* Ability to assist in the organization and implementation of the Summer Day Camp programs as assigned by the Community Center Director

* Actively recruit volunteers to assist with events, activities, and other program needs
* Work with the community center director to provide events regularly such as tournaments, game challenges, trips, and any other activities
* Supervise the gym, game room, and the front office as assigned; these areas should not be left unattended except when relieved by another staff person

* Must be informed of programs, hours of operations, and community center events, along with promoting and encouraging members and community to participate

Job Specific Working Conditions:

Area Office Administrator ISummary:
This position provides administrative support, enabling the Young Life field ministry area office to function an organized and efficient manner.

Complete Personnel Action Requests and required documents to hire or terminate area staff and forward to region for approval.

Mail invitations.

Summary:
This entry-level position provides support to Workforce & Family Services (WFS) programs. Tasks include first point of contact for homeless inquiries/appointments; appointment scheduling; & customer service for internal & external consumers. Provide administrative representative payee services, ensuring funds are distributed correctly & records are properly maintained. Must pass background.
Education &/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
