ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently while providing a welcoming environment
Ensure students are dropped off and picked up from work on schedule
Supervise students on the van and report all disciplinary issues to the Corporate Work Study team
Notify the Transportation Coordinator regarding maintenance and upkeep of van
Complete checklists as requested
Attend meetings and training as needed
Complete transportation for special school functions
Adhere to safety rules and driving laws
Maintain trip log and reporting of pick-up, drop-offs, and accidents
Perform other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Extended time sitting while driving routes in mini-vans and 11-passenger vans
Some bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and standing

The Role (Primary Responsibilities):
Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
Supervising and managing faculty members and staff by providing day-to-day performance coaching advice and monthly advisements.

Preparing class schedules to optimize class size for achieving an effective student learning experience.

Administering student surveys and ensuring their timely review; preparing action plans to address concerns and feedback gaged through such surveys.
Monitoring campus level metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet the campus and organizational objectives.
Managing Education department budget, including staff, faculty, and resources allocation to ensure effective Education operations and meeting the critical targets and goals in student retention, completion, and Active Earning Population.
You're Good At (Qualifications):
Education. Bachelor's degree preferred. We seek a minimum of 3 years of combined management, teaching and education administration experience.

ROLE of the POSITION
The Admission Counselor, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Recruitment in the Office of Admissions, maintains a high level of internal and external public contact serving as a liaison between the Office of Admissions, various academic units, and other organizations within the University. The Admission Counselor is responsible for outreach efforts in recruiting of prospective undergraduate and transfer students to the University. Outreach efforts include conducting admission presentations; setting up workshops for prospective students and families on navigating through the on-line application system; participate in recruitment events to provide admission assistance/guidance; bringing prospective students and their families to the campus; making calls to prospects and inquiries for admission counseling; and proactively communicating with admitted students to ensure the students will be matriculating. Additionally, incumbent will make determinations regarding eligibility for admissions based on knowledge and experience of records, transcripts, NSHE policies and official documents in making evaluations against the appropriate criterion; and recommending educational goals and admission requirements to potential students.
To reach their audience, Admission Counselors are responsible for planning and managing recruitment activities in assigned regions. The counselors assume responsibility for implementing a marketing plan to attract the demographic in their target areas set by the Director of Recruitment. Counselors stay abreast of changes that occur in their target populations and identify potential barriers to recruiting and admitting new students. They take independent initiative to act in response to such barriers when possible and recommend action to the Associate Director when larger barriers arrive.
This position is also responsible for providing leadership in carrying out special initiatives as assigned by Director or Associate Director. The Admission Counselor will be expected to travel both in and out of state and work irregular hours.

Nevada Football is recruiting for an Assistant Coach. Job Description
The Data Research Analyst reports to the Director of Academic Advising and is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting student and advising data and information in an accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to preparing data and reports to respond to frequent ad hoc requests for Academic Advising and Student Affairs leadership; providing reports and performance analytics for the Academic Advising department in support of key processes; tracking, analyzing, and recommending interventions for students with metrics indicating a need for advising. Required Qualifications

ROLE of the POSITION
Reporting to the Associate Director of Facilities & Operations, the Event Operations Manager oversees all internal event-related operations for events held within Student Union & Event Services (SUES) managed and operated facilities as contracted between SUES and clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Managing operations and staffing budgets including projecting operational needs, approving purchases, monitoring spending, & making recommendations to the Associate Director for capital projects/expenditures and equipment replacement schedules Responsible for all AV and equipment set-ups within the student union (30+ spaces), outdoor venues (10+ locations), and various locations around campus (ex: TAC, FND) as contracted for 1000+ events annually Developing, proposing, and implementing policies and procedures for the event operations area Ensuring the event operations area is in compliance with departmental and university policies as well as fire/life/occupational safety, security and risk management requirements Responsible for the overall setup, operation, and strike of event equipment such as AV, tables, chairs, dance floors, trashcans, and other SUES' equipment as well as outside vendor's rental equipment. The Preschool Program Senior Specialist is responsible for assisting in the administration of the Early Childhood Education Lab Program. The preschool program will consist of at least two early childhood classrooms serving children and may serve children infant through preschool age.
This position reports to the Director of Early Childhood Education and provides expertise in the implementation of the ECE lab program policies in support of the Education Department. Nevada State University invites applications for the position of 160 Hour Appointment - Art Models. Nevada State University is looking to build a database of models, who we can call from time-to-time to pose for our art classes. Models will perform short dynamic poses for warm-ups as well as hold longer more sustained poses for drawing sessions. Models may be scheduled for a variety of sessions according to their availability. Hours and locations (generally on campus and during regular class times) will be worked out with as much notice as possible.
Modeling involves posing for figure drawing and art classes. Students come to the classes with a range of art experience, and we have both male and female students in the classes. Models must be willing and able to pose nude.
Models will be expected to remain in the pose requested by the instructor for an extended period of time. The ideal model can pose in a range of traditional and original poses, from gestures to sustained poses, as required, to demonstrate the flexibility and anatomy of the human form. Models should have an awareness of classic and traditional poses in art and be able to take direction.
Applicants should be punctual, professional, and reliable. All ages (must be at least 18 years old) and body types are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as an artist's model, or dance, acrobatic, or theater experience is preferred, but not required.

The Great Basin College Learning Commons is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to serve as a Part-Time Proctor. This position plays a key role in supporting academic integrity by overseeing testing sessions for students across the GBC service area. In addition to in-person exam proctoring, the candidate must be willing to proctor on-site at the Elko campus using Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor a variety of exams, including placement tests, makeup exams, third-party certifications, and other institutional assessments.
Proctor exams in person at the Elko campus and virtually via Zoom for students across GBC's statewide service area.
Ensure the integrity of the testing environment by following established guidelines and procedures.
Verify student identities, explain exam rules, and ensure proper test accommodations are provided.
