Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's level position available: Treatment Support Specialist starting at $15 per hour)
Valid Driver's License (Class D)

Responsibilities:
You will provide direct care and general supervision for our young females between the ages of 12-20. Our clients may be pregnant or parenting (typically 1/3) with their child while living at our residential facility.
When needed, you will watch and take care of toddlers/infants and be a role model to help our young moms provide positive parenting skills.
You will help teach our clients basic living skills such as doing laundry, making their bed, creating personal schedules for the week, helping with homework, etc.
Depending upon your shift, you will go with our clients on outings, activities, and events. You will drive a company vehicle and help transport the clients as needed.
You will supervise phone calls between our clients and their approved contact list.
You can work overtime and be paid time and a half. If you work during a holiday you are paid double time!
You will be required to attend agency trainings such as CPR/FA, Food Handler, trauma-informed training, etc. All of these trainings are free to you and will be organized by our HR department.
Shifts: We have day, afternoon and midnight ($1.00 shift differential) shifts; however, not all are available at all times.
*All direct care staff are also required to be on an “on-call” rotation | You are paid $50 extra per “on-call” day if you are not called in to work
Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly for the 1st year)

You would be helping children who have recently migrated to the United States and are seeking opportunities for reunification with family as well as the chance to pursue their education and legal immigration cases.
