Before her operating roles in these companies, Ms. Boltz was a senior principal at BCG, focused in the Consumer and Retail sector from September 1996 until March 2004. Her corporate board experience includes Brinker International, Inc., global owner of Chili's and Maggiano's restaurants, which is listed on the NYSE, where she served from February 2015 to November 2018, and since July 2019, she has served on the board of Weiman Products, a private-equity backed consumer product company. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Mr. Feliton joined the Crocs team in February 2019. He brings 25 years of technology leadership experience and extensive success in IT management, full life cycle software initiatives and business transformation management to the organization. Mr. Feliton has spent the majority of his career specializing in the retail, apparel and footwear industries. Prior to joining Crocs, Mr. Feliton served as the Chief Information Officer at David Yurman in New York City. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
