What You'll Bring to the Table
* BS or BA degree in business marketing or related field (MBA or similar degree highly desired).

Warehouse Management & Team Leadership

Identify process improvements to increase throughput, reduce errors and enhance service levels.

Work closely with UK supply chain teams on replenishment, stock forecasts and supplier performance.
Inventory Planning & Data Accuracy
Oversee inventory levels, SKU performance, aging stock and inventory turns.
Analyse demand patterns and support decisions on stock adjustments and purchasing requirements.
Ensure ERP data accuracy for stock, pricing, cost and lead times.
Support new product launches with initial stocking and sample inventory planning.
Cross-Functional Liaison with UK Teams
Act as the operational bridge between US and UK for planning, purchasing, supply chain and logistics.
Communicate operational priorities and issues clearly, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with UK production, planning and customer service teams.
Customer Service & Sample Management Support
Work closely with Customer Service to ensure strong service levels, accurate order flow and timely communication.

Required

Overview
Crocs is hiring a Sr. Manager, Brand Program Management. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, reporting directly to the SVP, Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management and working closely with the Brand President. This role drives alignment, execution, and governance across critical business priorities, championing a culture of transparency, proactive partner concern management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and experienced program manager who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize strategic projects.
* Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans with clear achievements and important metrics.
* Act as the coordinator to facilitate and drive the strategic plan.
* Drive Crocs Brand Quarterly Business reviews (QBR) including template creation and development of scorecards that ladder back to Crocs strategy and brand goals.
* Proactively identify and bring up risks and issues to supporting brand goals.
* Support the development and management of Crocs Brand offsites.
* Lead all aspects of portfolio management, prioritization, and risk mitigation for key initiatives.
* Deliver consistent, transparent reporting and communication across all projects.
* Prioritize and manage a "critical few" initiatives, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact work.
* Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status updates.
* Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
* Facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring clear agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
* Liaise with global teams to ensure smooth execution of Town Hall and All Hands meetings.
* Partner with the Crocs Brand President's executive admin to anticipate needs for key meetings and achievements.
* In partnership with SVP, MPIM and Crocs Brand President, manage agenda and content for Board meetings, including reviewing and editing board-level presentations.
* Work with Finance to ensure control of SLT T&E budgets, providing oversight and budget management.
* Act as a liaison between departments to resolve blockers and accelerate delivery.
* Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across team.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in execution.
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
* At least 9+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy roles, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or footwear.
* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.

Salary or Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
