Overview
Crocs is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Social Commerce - Global GTM Strategy to lead and scale our social commerce initiatives worldwide. This role will define and implement Crocs' global social commerce go-to-market strategy, coordinate platform partnerships, expand creator and affiliate programs, and identify long-term growth opportunities across regions. As a senior strategic leader, you will harness data-driven insights, deep consumer understanding, and strong partner relationships to amplify Crocs' presence and sales across digital channels globally.
What You'll Do
* Develop and lead Crocs' global social commerce GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, brand objectives, and overall business goals.
* Partner with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and Commercial teams to drive cohesive campaign planning, advocating for the needs of the social commerce business, including product assortment, seasonal calendars, and media allocation priorities.
* Build and manage partnerships with key platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube Shopping, Lazada/TikTok affiliates, etc.) to drive innovation and growth.
* Lead strategic relationships with creator and affiliate partners, negotiating commercial terms and scaling creator programs across markets.
* Drive test-and-learn agendas and pilot new commerce formats, translating insights into scalable programs.
* Oversee campaign execution and performance optimization, ensuring commercial benchmarks are achieved.
* Mentor, guide, and support a high-performing team, fostering global collaboration and knowledge-sharing across markets.
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of digital commerce experience, with at least 3 years in social commerce or marketplace leadership.
* Deep understanding of the North American digital ecosystem and proven track record of scaling commerce through social platforms.
* Strong negotiation and partnership management experience with platforms, creators, and agencies.
* Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs: Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure a high level of shop throughput, production quality and efficiency, such that the location meets or surpasses KPIs
Labor assignment and production management: Responsible for assigning repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritizing vehicles for teardown or paint
Teammate support: Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed
Monitor and attain production goals and standards: Ensure all repairs are in line with Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, all repairs are billed accurately and correctly, and back of shop PPE protocol is upheld for teammate safety
Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner: Ensure production staff adheres to punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures for weekly payroll processing and manage staff PTO, vacation, or leave
Manage daily production flow: Communicate with team (Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, Parts Managers) to ensure production is moving as needed to meet delivery requirements
Write DRP complaint estimates (as needed): Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery, update CE's estimates as needed, and lock final estimates
Team acquisition, coaching and development: Responsible for understanding all teammate position requirements, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates for roles based on skills and experience, and providing individual teammate performance coaching, feedback, and support for growth/progression opportunities
Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license required

Overview
The Sr. Growth & Strategy Manager for Crocs, Inc. (Crocs and HEYDUDE) is responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives that drive growth and enterprise value. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy, this role partners with senior leadership across brand, product, channel, and operations to shape and implement long-term growth strategies. Acting as a project lead, the Sr. Manager will structure, lead, and deliver cross-functional workstreams while coaching and developing junior team members.
What You'll Do
* Lead strategy projects end-to-end - frame strategic questions, structure workplans, manage execution, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
* Mentor team members - collaborate on day-to-day work of Analysts/Associates, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
* Conduct and direct advanced analyses - including market assessments, consumer research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to evaluate growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table
* BS/BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
* 5+ years of experience in management consulting.
* 4+ years of experience in corporate strategy.
* Strong background in consumer/retail, growth strategy, and business transformation.
* Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving analyses independently, and mentoring small teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly skilled in financial modeling, market/competitive analysis, and strategic frameworks.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
* Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight timelines.
