none other than it is a job.

Cons of working at Crosman

Watch you back, people have very big heads and ego's. Management from other departments will get you fired if they don't like you or their head is toooooo big. Company went from YA USA made to, well lets just fire employees so we can have more junk from China. Yet we still should keep the drunk supervisors and... Well don't work here, I will save you the headaches. Ask around from locals before you look to work here.

Crosman benefits

none, they just provide you with lies. If you report something to "HR" you will most likely get "Well we have worked together for X years so..." how about do you job as HR and not as friends or X years. Mistakes can only happen how many times when reported.

How would you improve Crosman's culture?

Fire HR and other associates. Maybe the CEO should start looking into "un" reported issues.

I just asked for one.
