Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director, the Swim Team Coach provides leadership in the preparation, planning, and operation of swim team practices at their assigned branch while coordinating with the other branch for competitive meets. Responsibilities: Build effective, authentic relationships with swimmers and encouraging parental support and involvement Identify and recruits potential volunteers Instruct and provide feedback on technique, allowing for movement up through the swim team groups Provide leadership and direction for assistant coaches and support volunteers.
