BASIC PURPOSE: The Program Coordinator Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant delivery of homecare services for PACE programs. In addition to supporting clients and caregivers (HCPs), this role is responsible for mentoring, training, and supporting Program Coordinators. The Lead serves as the first point of contact for escalated issues, providing expert guidance to internal teams, resolving high-priority concerns, and ensuring operational excellence. This position acts as a liaison across departments and with clients, driving high levels of satisfaction, service consistency, and compliance across the board.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to Program Coordinators to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Serve as the first line of escalation for complex or sensitive issues raised by caregivers, clients, or internal stakeholders.
Monitor and support the daily activities of Program Coordinators to ensure adherence to policies, timelines, and service standards.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements, documentation standards, and best practices across the team.
Facilitate regular check-ins with coordinators to address challenges, share updates, and promote collaboration.
Oversee caregiver onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access, ensuring timely and compliant onboarding.
Serve as a primary point of contact for PACE program clients, proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, or service escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support satisfaction, retention, and service optimization.
Conduct regular client check-ins and satisfaction reviews, ensuring client-specific requirements are met and documented.
Provide frontline support for HCPs, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
Ensure up-to-date and accurate tracking of caregiver credentials, licensures, and certifications.
Collaborate with the Compliance team to maintain adherence to regulatory, licensing, and agency standards.
Support and oversee audit readiness by ensuring complete documentation is maintained and accessible.
Manage updates to databases, internal systems, and client portals to reflect accurate caregiver and client information.
Communicate policy changes, client updates, and operational adjustments clearly and consistently to staff and stakeholders.
Generate, review, and distribute reports for internal and client-facing use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
Provide coverage and support for coordinators during peak periods or absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Represent Cross Country Healthcare with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
May be required to attend offsite job fairs and community events as needed.
May be required to provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage based on business needs, ensuring timely coordination of staffing and effective communication with PACE program partners to maintain continuity of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of administrative, client support, or coordinator experience; leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare or staffing environment preferred.
Proven ability to lead peers, resolve escalated issues, and support cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with VMS/client portals preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations.

Job Summary
The Onsite Support Specialist is responsible for supporting AMN's Labor Disruption Operations team during work stoppage events.
By enlisting, onsite support members get deployed with as little as 3 days' notice once paired for an assignment. Assignments can last anywhere from 5 to 12 days, potentially shorter or longer depending on the scale of the event.
This would be an as needed worker, similar to per Diem or On Call work. We cannot guarantee schedule or hours and you will only work when you are paired on an assignment.
Job Tasks:
On-Site role assignment will be determined at the time of a work stoppage event, and may include one of the following tasks:
Housing: assists with housing assignments and support clinicians for the duration of the event, collecting folios daily to review for accuracy
Transportation: assists travelers loading and exiting the designated transportation vehicles using HSG technology, communicates and coordinates with travel vendor drivers.
Travel: communicates and/or arranges necessary travel needs for clinicians including airline, rental car, and any other required modes of transportation.
Reconciliation: gathers all invoices and maintains accurate records related to spend supporting the event.
WayFinder: Helping answer questions and directing flow of stations during on onsite event.
Maintains customer-focused, professional communication and effective response-time with Clinicians, Department team members, Operations Leaders, and Recruiters on an on-going basis.
Address requests, resolve complaints and issues with a service-oriented mindset.
Assists other On-Site Support Specialists during times of fluctuating workloads to meet department goals.
Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Our Onsite Support members set up at base command (typically a local hotel near facilities) and help with making sure the traveling healthcare providers can get checked in to their hotels, receive transportation to the facility they are going to be working at, receive payment for their services and have a dedicated support system for any questions or concerns they may have on the project.

Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements
Offer assignments at client facilities to qualified field staff
Manage all staffing activities between field staff and clients by calling, emailing, and utilizing other staffing platforms and tools
Manage open orders and fill open shifts with qualified field staff
Communicate all updates in a timely manner to both field staff and facility customers
Remain aware of discrepancies in staffing schedule and report patterns to the managers and local office as necessary
Develop and foster excellent relationships between clients and field personnel.
Ensure field staff and/or client concerns are resolved in a timely manner; uphold our Company's reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years' experience, preferable in the staffing industry
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook. Database and/or automated program experience a plus
Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
Ability to type 35 wpm or greater consistently
Ability to quickly solve problems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with multi-line phones and utilizing multiple programs and screens
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and work well under pressure
Ability to respond clearly to client/staff inquiries while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Must have strong computer and analytical skills
Must be comfortable spending a large portion of the day making outbound phone calls
Must be a self-starter and be able to meet the goals and metrics assigned
Must be able to clearly exchange and document accurate information in a timely manner
Must have outstanding communication, customer service, and people skills
Education: High school diploma or any equivalent required.

Job Summary
The Recruiting Consultant sources, interviews, and fills contract positions. This person strives to establish positive relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and professional experience. Educating candidates on the current travel industry and helping them understand the outstanding benefits of traveling with AMN Healthcare is a significant part of this position. Job Responsibilities
Meet daily and weekly metrics to consistently grow the clinician network and retain the clinicians that are currently working on a travel assignment.
Plan a prospecting and marketing strategy using the AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system, to contact as many potential nurses as possible via phone and email.
Ensure the AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system is updated and has accurate candidate information such as contact information, qualifications, quality services documentation, and the individual's selling points.
Consult with clinicians on their current situation and ideal situation, probing for unspoken needs to build trust and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifies clinicians' likelihood to book a travel assignment according to licensure, availability, skills, and potential fit to determine the best match for the job.
Articulates plans of action that address clinicians career needs by educating them on future opportunities, market conditions, and realistic timelines to show how traveling can best meet their long-term professional expectations.
Discuss and negotiate compensation to build a competitive compensation package.
Present candidate information to Account Managers to interview and fill current client openings.
