Identify process gaps or friction points and lead efforts to resolve them
Change Management & Communication
Lead change initiatives related to commercial systems, processes, and tools
Reinforce the adoption of Salesforce, forecast tools, and standardized ways of working
Act as a communication bridge between global RevOps and AMER teams
Internal communications for RBU
Central Initiative Support
Support or lead special projects (e.g., segmentation, account prioritization, headcount modeling, sales incentive alignment)
Help prepare strategic inputs for budget cycles, business reviews, and leadership meetings
Key requirements:Experience & Background
10+ years in commercial roles such as Sales, Sales Operations, commercial strategy, Business Intelligence, GTM leadership, or Chief of Staff
Prior experience in a matrixed and global B2B environment, ideally life sciences
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
Skills & Capabilities
Strong knowledge of sales process, pipeline management, CRM (Salesforce), and planning cycles
High comfort working with data and commercial performance metrics
Executive communication and collaborator management skills
Able to operate with ambiguity, prioritize quickly, and deliver results across competing priorities

The Shift Leader is responsible for performing all the duties performed by Crew Members, with the additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in absence of a General Manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, and managing employee breaks and shift changes. The Shift Leader ensures compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including but not limited to product preparation and delivery, customer service, restaurant interior and exterior maintenance, and team management.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
Excels in performing all Crew Member essential functions and job responsibilities.
Maintains fast and accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
Answers guests' questions and provides information with regards to the food products sold at the store. Handles any elevated questions or complaints from guests.
Inputs orders accurately into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
Computes and records transactions using the POS system and the company cash register, which includes handling cash, credit, or check transactions, redeeming coupons, and issuing change and receipts.
Works with other crew members to cook and package orders.
Maintains exceptional levels of quality, customer service, cleanliness, and other factors that impact the guest experience.
Follows all appropriate health code and local jurisdiction food handling requirements, maintains food safety certifications, and models exemplary food health safety practices to employees. Ensures food quality and 100% guest satisfaction.
Ensures a safe working and customer environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager (GM) including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, and managing employee breaks and shift changes.
Motivates and coaches Crew Members and assists in the training and onboarding of new Crew Members.
Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
Uses the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets.
Projects a professional image to staff and guests while treating everyone with respect.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

*Required Overtime will be mandatory. Up to 4 hours daily depending on company needs. Weekend production will be required on a needed basis.

What Process Control and Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health
Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.
Process Control and Maintenance sets up and operates processing equipment to manufacture to established quality standards in order to meet production demands. Troubleshoots, repairs and conducts maintenance on equipment. Writes and executes equipment qualifications on all new or modified tooling or equipment to test and qualify items and provide documented proof that operations are within established parameters. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative/reactive maintenance tasks
Use skillset to work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor equipment
Understanding on HVAC, Air Compressors, and Allen/Bradley PLC hardware
Qualifications
4+ years of experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
