In July of 2008, the NCUA awarded Cross Valley Federal Credit Union a community charter, granting permission for the credit union to provide affordable financial services to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the Pennsylvania Counties of Luzerne, Lackawanna, or Wyoming.
Donahue first served on the Advisory Committee and accepted a Board of Directors position in April 2015.
