Responsibilities:
Directly, and through delegation, coordinates activities required to assure safety, quality, delivery, and cost meet specified targets.

Coaches and mentors team members to assure their ongoing development
Stays abreast of new trends and developments in methods, techniques, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies, which might be incorporated into the production process to increase efficiency or better use of resources. Researches and recommends capital equipment purchases.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A hands-on leader that is a role model with high integrity, positive influence, and strong business acumen that embraces change and change management, possesses a continuous improvement mindset, and has a passion for exceeding customer and company expectations.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Operations Management and/or Lean Management.
Printing industry experience is preferred.
Experience in being a change agent in complex transformational activities.
Significant experience in implementation of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations.
Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to determine root cause of problems and provide effective countermeasures.

Job Summary

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Ability to make rapid, accurate judgments and decisions with respect to the application of the regulations, instructions, and procedures for importing and exporting merchandise to and from the United States; or enforcement and administration of laws relating to the right of persons to enter, reside in or depart from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

JOB SUMMARY: This position entails approximately 50% time spent providing work direction, technical guidance, and ensuring quality control in define location. This individual will also perform direct service to consumers in CBS (Community Based Service) program for the remaining 50% of the time.

Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) has an opening for a full-time Intake Housing Specialist. Under general supervision of the Rental Assistance Voucher Program Director, performs various duties for programs including application intake, eligibility determination, scheduling and summarizing inspections, document processing, maintaining reports, logs, and controls. Must also utilize computer software for general program processing related to the Rental Assistance housing program.
Qualifications
Graduate degree from high school or GED equivalent. Must have at least one (1) year of experience and/or education in word processing and file maintenance skills or one (1) year of experience working in a housing related field or applicable office setting. Must type 40WPM. Ideal candidate has an understanding or able to learn and apply HRA program guidelines and regulations, as well as efficiently utilize related software. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing or successfully performed in a Program Processor position. SEMMCHRA will train dedicated, self-motivated individuals who have a desire to learn and a passion to serve others.
Additional Job Requirements include:
Responsible for activities related to the section 8 program connected with intake eligibility, verification of information, entering data into the respective systems to ensure compliance with the Federal and State regulations.
Responsible for accurate calculation of income, assets and property ownership verification and utilization of computer where applicable.
Responsible for maintaining and updating reports and logbook as needed.
Responsible for scheduling and summarizing Housing Quality Standard inspections.
Responsible for prioritizing file work up with other workload to meet leasing time line or job specific deadlines and standards.
Responsible for moving the program files along in a timely manner to ensure program coordinators have files to meet their standards.
Responsible for maintaining accurate current and past applicant/participant files and other records related to assigned housing program.
Responsible for assisting with purging waiting lists.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining program packets for participants and landlords.

The ability to quickly troubleshoot problems with files. Ability to act in a sensitive and equitable manner when dealing with resident and participant complaints and conflict situations. THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) focused primarily on AMD FPGA technology. This is a field-focused position. The engineer will provide pre and post sales technical guidance to customers, including system and module level design evaluations, technical issue resolution and developing reference designs and delivering demonstrations. In top customer engagements, the FAE may become a consistent technical contributor and "extension" of the customer's development team.
