Bob Moore is Co-Founder and CEO of Crossbeam, a collaborative data platform that helps companies build more valuable partnerships by discovering which customers and leads they have in common. Moore previously co-founded RJMetrics (acquired by Magento) and Stitch (acquired by Talend). Bob's writing about technology, startups, and data has appeared in The New York Times, Forbes, TechCrunch, VentureBeat, and numerous other publications. Outside of his day job, he serves as Board President of Philly Startup Leaders, is an improv comedy performer at Philly Improv Theater, and is a Trustee of the Glassboro Education Foundation.

Buck Ryan works at dbrhino and an Independent Software Contractor at Self-Employed and Co-Founder and CTO at Crossbeam and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Founder at The Buck Codes Here; Quant at Group One Trading, LP; and Mathematician/Programmer at FAA. Buck studied at Drexel University College of Mathematics, Drexel University between 2006 and 2011, and Universität Mannheim between 2009 and 2009.

Chris Castaldo is the author of “Start-up Secure: Baking Cybersecurity into your Company from Founding to Exit”. He is an experienced and industry recognized CISO with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. Chris is an expert in building cybersecurity programs from the ground up and specializes in applying cybersecurity in start-ups from seed to exit. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute (NSI) at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. Chris also advises start-ups on both building products that meet critical cybersecurity business needs as well as building a secure company. He is an expert in governance, risk and compliance, and highly experienced in SOC2, ISO 27001 and NIST standards. Chris has lead sales enablement for many start-ups leading to increased ACV as well as increased customer NPS and trust.
