Position Overview:
The Production Manager is responsible for assisting assigned branch team members with pipeline management to ensure the smooth and timely process of all loan files. This position works closely with branch processors to ensure the delivery of disclosures and provide continuous support as needed. In addition, the Production Manager supports branch team members with various tasks, including but not limited to general loan questions, assistance with escalations (working with the appropriate departments), pipeline and production review.
This position operates within Pacific Standard Time Zone working hours to support the West Coast region.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor estimated closing dates in Encompass and other reporting platforms, working with the branch to manage accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Position Overview:
The Jumbo Regional Underwriting Manager is responsible for supporting the underwriting department in their day-to-day requirements while ensuring service level agreements are being maintained. Manage the pipeline making sure loans for all areas are within SLA, and all loans placed in any external Underwriter status are for no more than 24 hours (for branch rebuttal, 72 hours).
Communicate all load balancing, designated underwriting assignments, and rush/priority reviews (VIP, Transition, etc.) to the Production Coordinators.

Position Overview:
The Sales & Training Manager is responsible for performance-driven sales leadership and hands-on coaching and training expertise. This role recruits and inspires a high-performing sales team by modeling best practices in prospecting, pipeline management, and customer service and mentoring and onboarding newly licensed Loan Officers into productive contributors. Duties focus on results and development, setting clear sales goals, monitoring performance metrics, and providing individualized coaching and corrective action plans as needed. The Sales & Training Manager collaborates cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and IT to ensure seamless process alignment and ongoing professional development.
Job Responsibilities:
* Drive the origination of high-quality refinance and purchase mortgage loans.
* Recruit and motivate a team of Loan Officers (LOs), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Set and monitor individual and sales goals for LOs; track performance metrics and implement corrective coaching plans.
* Design and deliver comprehensive origination boot camps for newly licensed LOs, covering loan products, compliance requirements, and internal systems (e.g., Encompass 360).
* Lead by example in prospecting, pipeline management, and customer-service excellence.
* Serve as LOs primary mentor; conduct one-on-one skill assessments, provide performance feedback, and co-create personalized development plans.
* Develop and maintain training materials including classroom guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and micro-learnings on topics such as loan origination workflows (purchase & refinance), third-party vendor processes and compliance (FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA, S.A.F.E. Act) and internal platforms and technology roll-outs.
* Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and high engagement; schedule internal CCM training for new LOs as needed.
* Partner with operations, compliance, and IT teams to integrate process changes and system updates into training curricula.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in retail mortgages sales management or mortgage-industry training.
* Experience with originating refinance and purchase loans independently in both consumer-direct and retail channels.
* Experience with building relationships, mentoring others, and leading cultural change.
* Excellent presentation, facilitation and public-speaking skills.
* Excellent instructional design, technical writing and analytical capabilities.

Position Overview:
The Non-QM Underwriter is responsible for underwriting and maintaining a loan pipeline while communicating with internal loan teams and external lenders. The Non-QM Underwriter maintains extensive product and guideline knowledge of all Non-QM lenders and assists loan teams and underwriting teams with questions and issue resolution.

Evaluate and examine loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor and agency guidelines.
Issue loan decisions to sales and operations staff in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate with operations, sales staff, business partners (lenders and investors), maintaining a high level of customer service.
Issue final approval by uploading all necessary approval documentation into the company's software systems with appropriate signatures.
Collaborate with the Post-Closing department on any stipulations for closed files; communicate process and outcome to underwriters and management.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience.
Experience with Non-QM and Non-Agency underwriting.
Experience with manual underwriting.
Experience with compliance and disclosure requirements.
Encompass LOS experience, a plus.
Advanced prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills, maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
