This includes monitoring and signing-off on MDI, KPIs, and the Hour-by-Hour boards and other production metrics, implementing countermeasures, manage checklists, perform safety inspections and audits, conduct manufacturing investigations and perform root cause analysis, etc. Maintain and boost production efficiency, initiate and implement continuous improvement projects, and work with manufacturing engineers to implement new processes. Assist in performing hands-on production duties as needed. Own quality output for the team as a key stakeholder in Eos's quality program. Ensure team members keep a clean and organized work environment. Immediately address and resolve any clutter or disorganization to avoid errors, loss of productivity, and/or safety incidents. Models professional behavior and adherence to work rules, as well as the ability and willingness to hold team members accountable to the same behaviors and work rules. Measure and report out performance metrics. Working times and schedules will need to correlate with the team the Manufacturing Supervisor is leading. This position reports to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and is a fully on-site role based in Fremont, CA. Demonstrate the ability to adapt to and become proficient in the safe operation and control of automated control systems. Maintain inventory control in all tanks associated with the process. Assures the integrity of the product and process as per standard operating procedures and/or written or verbal instructions. Maintains a high level of housekeeping in the work areas including the tank farms. Dispose of debris in the general plant area and clean areas using whatever tools or equipment are required. Make appropriate adjustments to the equipment used in the processes to maintain required product quality and maximize efficiency. Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills while effectively communicating the current status, progress, completion and resolution description through documentation on log sheets, work orders and communication to supervision/relief personnel. Develop and suggest ideas for improving processes and equipment. Immediately report any accidents or hazardous incident.
