Amy is an accomplished banking professional with more than 20 years experience in operations. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and COO of SolutionsBank where she directed all aspects of daily operations. Her experience also includes senior management positions at Hillcrest Bank and Citizens-Jackson County Bank. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Missouri State University and an M.B.A. from University of Missouri - KC. She has completed the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.

Ben Clouse is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. As CFO, he oversees accounting, data analytics, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, mutual fund accounting, procurement, strategic acquisitions, tax, and treasury. Mr. Clouse has served as Chief Financial Officer from February 2018 and was Treasurer from December 2018 to July 2019. Mr. Clouse joined the company in October 2015 as Vice President, Finance and was Chief Accounting Officer prior to his appointment as CFO. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Clouse served as Chief Financial Officer of Executive AirShare Corporation from 2012 to 2015. From 2006 to 2012 and from 2002 to 2005, he served in various roles with H&R Block, Inc., including Assistant Vice President - Audit Services and Assistant Vice President and Controller - Tax Services. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Clouse served as Vice President - Finance and Corporate Controller of Gold Bank Corporation, Inc. Prior to 2002, he served in various roles in the audit practice of Deloitte, specializing in the financial services industry. Mr. Clouse received his BS in Business Administration and earned a Master of Accountancy, both from Kansas State University. He holds a CPA designation and a FINRA Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal license.

David O'Toole Co-Founded CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. (''Company'') in 2008 and serves as its Chief Financial officer. He served as Chief Executive Officer of CrossFirst Advisors at the Company. He serves as Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer at CrossFirst Bank (the ''Bank''). He has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, management, tax, financial advisory, valuation and investment banking with financial institutions and closely held businesses. He serves as an Interim Chief Executive Officer or Board Member to banks and companies in turnaround situations. He serves as Director at Company. He serves as a Director of the Bank. He serves as a Member of numerous Boards of Directors of banks and private companies, including a three-year term as advisory director on the Continental Airlines, Inc. travel agency advisory board. He is a Member of the Kansas City Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He was a Member of The Executive Committee KC. He was also a faculty member of Mid-South School of Banking in Memphis. David O'Toole graduated from Fort Hays State University.
