A great culture and Executive Team.

Cons of working at CrossFirst Bank

I was part of an acquisition by CrossFirst of Central Bancorp. They had no experience in Secondary Market Mortgage Banking. They made the decision to close the division down.

They were very approachable and open to my ideas and leadership.

I would have liked to see them stick with the Mortgage Division thought the very difficult rate environment we were in.

I had prepared my detailed business plan, goals and expectations for the markets they were in.
