In addition to rewarding work, our machinists work a four-day workweek and receive market-leading wages; paid time off; a paid winter holiday shutdown; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, and service-based retirement contributions with additional 401k match. Overtime is required, but we are flexible in how it is achieved. Additional overtime work is also available, if desired. Our machinists receive a shift premium for second shift work (4:00 PM to 2:30 AM) and premium pay like double time based on hours / days worked in a week. What You'll Do: In this role, y ou will set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to perform various types of machining operations, such as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and turning in order to meet print specifications.
