As Social Services Representative, GS-0187, your typical work assignments may include, but not limited to:
* Make decisions of a non-professional nature in service delivery to referrals of child endangerment and child protection.
* Conduct interviews, assessments and make home visits and collateral contacts as needed.
* Assists with filing of Temporary Protection Orders, provides information about court process and hearings.
* Coordinate with law enforcement, the court, shelter providers and other human service agencies for client needs.
* Participate in planning and is actively involved in community education activities for Domestic Violence prevention.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards Social Services Series 0187).
The following shows the amounts of education and/or experience required to qualify for positions.
Grade 06: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 grade level.
Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is experience in a program of direct social welfare services that required the application of program policy and operations knowledge in providing social welfare services and/or assisting social workers; Investigate domestic, economic, and social circumstances of applicants and recipients of general assistance, child welfare, and family services; dealing with welfare or social services within the BIA and other federal, state, and local agencies; experience in programs and policies within the branch of social services.
Grade 07: Graduate Education: Major study -- social sciences. One full academic year of graduate study is qualifying for GS-7. Graduate education is not creditable for positions above the GS-7 level.
OR Specialized Experience: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-6 grade level.
Specialized experience is experience in a program of direct social welfare services that required the application of program policy and operations knowledge in providing social welfare services and/or assisting social workers; Assume responsibility for interviewing clients to determine eligibility as well as the amount of need; approval or disapproval of general assistant applications; determine the mode of delivery of assistance; dealing with welfare or social services; experience in programs and policies within the branch of social services; experience of basic concepts and standards of social work practices.
Grade 08: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 grade level
Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is experience in a program of direct social welfare services that required the application of program policy and operations knowledge in providing social welfare services and/or assisting social workers; Independently and without specific instruction assume responsibility for interviewing clients to determine eligibility as well as the amount of need; approval or disapproval of general assistant applications; determine the mode of delivery of assistance; general knowledge of programs and resources within the BIA and other federal, state, and local agencies dealing with welfare or social services.

Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Property Maintenance Technician will perform grounds cleanup/maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, apartment turnovers, and janitorial tasks. Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Cleans up after work is complete.
Performs repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, etc.
Secures, cleans, repairs, and applies bed bug treatment to all units during turnover process as directed by the Property Manager.
Maintains exterior common areas and grounds, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, and trash pickup.
Provides on-call maintenance service as directed by the Property Manager. Responds to emergencies as instructed and completes incident/accident reports related to emergency or incident.
Sets up conference room and community space as needed (If applicable).
Completes and accurately documents preventative maintenance activities through the Recurring Work Order process.
Advises the Property Manager on the overall condition of the property, including potential hazards.
Responsible for overall physical condition of property.
Follow through with 504 Self Evaluation repairs and maintenance, as directed by the Property Manager.
Complete Purchase Orders and submit for approval.
Utilizes Yardi maintenance/work order system to record all maintenance work, including closing out work orders.
Performs triannual unit inspections with Property Manager.

At Love's, our Casino Cashier is responsible for handling cash transactions, assisting guests with payouts, and maintaining an accurate and secure cash drawer. This role provides excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with gaming and cash handling policies. The Casino Cashier also helps maintain a clean and welcoming casino environment.
Job Functions:
* Process customer payouts, cash handling, and machine reimbursements accurately.
* Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all company cash handling procedures.
* Verify customer age and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
* Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
* Monitor the casino floor and report any suspicious activity or malfunctions.
* Keep cashier station and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked.
Skills and Demands:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to follow policies and procedures, especially regarding cash and compliance.
* Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
* Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.
