I would say CrowdComfort is distinct for its LACK of leadership.

Getting rid of the CTO.

How did you prepare for the CrowdComfort interview?

Winged it. The CTO isn't that smart so any answer is fine.

How does your compensation at CrowdComfort compare to the industry average?

It's ok, a little low in today's economy.

What's the diversity at CrowdComfort like?

Don't care about that.

What brings you the most joy at CrowdComfort?

Having the CTO scream in my face because he is the head of a poorly designed app.
