Primary function of a Crane Operator:
Operate a crane. Relocate crane or materials on construction projects. Operate crane to set customer's items per senior crane operator's instructions. CCO Certification for Telescopic Boom Cranes - Fixed Cab (TSS) and Swing Cab (TLL) required. Certification to run RT and Crawler Cranes preferred.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
* Knowledge of and ability to select cables, winches, blocks, and chains according to weight and size of load to be lifted.
* Attach load with grappling devices, such as loops, wires, ropes, and chains, to crane hook.
* Receive directions to engage in hoisting and moving loads to insure safety of workers and material handled, using hand signals, loud speakers, two-way radios, or telephone.
* Read and interpret lifting capacity charts.
* May direct workers engaged in hoisting of machinery and equipment into or on to trucks, railroad cars or other moving devices.
* Must be safety minded and adhere to all safety policies in addition to passing a test in reference to safe operation in a trench.
* Must maintain a log book.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
* Must hold a valid TSS and TLL CCO Certification
* At least 3 years experience as a crane operator recommended
* Maintain DOT physical
* Maintain working knowledge of load charts, hand signals, and state and federal DOT laws
* Must be able to work independently, prioritize daily work assignments and communicate with all levels of employees
* Be able to coordinate the movements of hand and feet according to visual signals and directions
* Have a complete knowledge of crane and rigging signals
* Know the emergency response procedures for mobile crane operations

Primary function of a Project Manager:
Provides overall management direction to multiple projects, establishes project objectives and policies, maintains liaison with prime contracts client, and monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of the onsite construction manager.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
* Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through the Regional Operations Manager and/or General Superintendent.
* Create, update, and manage the project schedule.
* Develop the project budget upon assignment and notification of award.
* Manage financial aspects of contracts including but not limited to pay applications, rental equipment, income/expenses to protect the company's interest while simultaneously maintain relationships with the customer.
* Prepare and maintain accurate forecast of estimated cost at completion for the project..
* Manage or perform the procurement process including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
* Provide estimating department with actual cost information in order to enhance and increase the accuracy of future bids.
* Initiate and maintain relationships with client, subcontractors and vendors.
* Act as liaison between all parties in order to facilitate construction activities including value engineering.
* Other duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
* 4 year engineering degree or equivalent experience
* 7 years of extensive experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance and management of water and wastewater electrical projects required
* Ability to construct a $3 million contract
* Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
* Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc and their impact on project activities vital
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills essential

Job Summary
A Project HSE Manager is an integral member of a project team and they are highly dedicated to the health and well-being of others. In addition to serving as a safety resource for their teammates, their main function is to facilitate Sundt HS&E programs. This position includes three 'steps' (I, II and Sr.), which provide for a progression of skill and experience. Step I is the entry level for individuals with a short experience in safety and they typically report to another Project HSE Manager. Individuals in step II have the capability of managing small to medium size/complexity projects on their own. Sr Project HSE Managers have several years of experience and the ability to manage larger and more complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducts frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
2. Conducts site-specific safety orientations.
3. Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
4. Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
5. Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
6. Manages emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
7. Reviews and files project safety documentation.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. Certifications and licenses: Preferred, but not required- STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP.
2. Education: high school diploma minimum, bachelor's degree preferred.
3. Experience: At least one year of full-time project safety experience.
4. Good written and verbal communication (proper grammar, spelling, etc.
5. High level of integrity for reporting incidents and events, as well as upholding company policy, personal activities, etc.

Job Summary
The Project Scheduler will provide technical assistance in creating and updating CPM schedules at all phases of each project throughout their duration, from conceptual to close‐out. You will be Sundt Construction's in‐ house scheduling expert, including coordinating the CPM schedule creation and updating tasks directly with the project superintendent. The Project Scheduler produces and delivers various reports from the CPM schedule to the project team and may supervise one or more Project Scheduler assistants. The Project Scheduler position includes 2 steps based on experience in the function which are as follows:- Project Scheduler I - 3‐5 years CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.- Project Scheduler, Sr. - 5+ years CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists in the development of claims by providing analysis of project CPM schedule performance.
2. Assists the Project Superintendent with the incorporation into the CPM schedule the effects form design conflicts and clarifications.
3. Assists the project superintendent with the management of the CPM schedule for the successful execution of the work, including the coordination of the means and methods, manpower, equipment and material resources required to accomplish this goal.
4. Conducts project CPM schedule review meetings at each of proposal, baseline and update phases.
5. Creates the baseline schedule based on logic and sequence information provided by the project superintendent.
6. Develops proposal phase CPM schedules from project information provided by the estimating team and historical database.
7. Produces a final as-built CPM schedule at the completion of each project.
8. Provides reports each month to the general manager indicating the status of the CPM schedule for each project.
9. Regularly updates and maintains the historical CPM schedule database.
10. Revises each project CPM schedule on a weekly basis from reports completed by the project superintendent.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.
2. Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
3. Four year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
4. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
5. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, and methods), scheduling systems, negotiations, engineering and cost control schedules.

Job Summary
The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. Job Summary
Assists the Project Engineer with being the technical source of information for the project.
