Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Systems Analyst will support the HR team in strategic and operational management of HR applications. This role encompasses planning, analysis, and implementation of HR systems to meet current and future business needs. The HR Systems Analyst will ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services, support daily HR systems tasks, and lead special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support for HR systems, resolving issues, data discrepancies, and interfaces.
Lead or assist in HR systems project management, upgrades, and customization.
Serve as a liaison with third parties and stakeholders.
Partner with application vendors on integrations and error resolution.
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions by assisting in policy progression, data configuration, and system enhancements.
Support performance evaluation and salary increase processes, including data validation and upload.
Lead technical integrations and SSO tasks within HR technology projects.
Review, test, and implement HR system upgrades or patches.
Write, maintain, and support reports and queries using Business Intelligence, Power BI, SQL and other tools.
Ensure accurate data and employee transactions through audits of hires, job changes, benefits, and payroll deductions.
Monitor HRMS mailbox and resolve system issues and fulfill report requests.
Maintain HR systems change management and security logs.
Maintain HR intranet sites and support daily operations.
Create user documentation and train staff on data protection and HR systems.

Ability to lead others effectively in a team or cooperative, enthusiastic and friendly environment to complete small/medium-scale projects and to reach established goals and objectives in a timely manner
Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for education.
Experience

Job Summary
The Conflicts Attorney is responsible for daily review and analysis of conflicts and other issues related to firm acceptance of new clients, new matters and lateral attorneys, and interface with the senior members of the Conflicts Department and possibly the General Counsel's Office regarding approval of new matter and lateral attorney hiring requests. Overview
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of billing for an assigned group of lawyers and clients. The Billing Coordinator is expected to be able to serve as a resource for Billing Responsible Attorneys and their secretaries on all aspects of inventory management.
Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough knowledge of client terms, discount arrangements, lawyer and client preferences while ensuring:
Invoices are issued timely and accurately, inclusive of client terms and discounts
Best practices are used to create, present and distribute pro formas and client invoices
Compliance with firm and outside counsel guidelines is maintained
E-invoices are submitted on a timely basis with all necessary supporting documentation
Revisions to invoices are addressed and resolved on a timely basis.
Manage the unbilled inventory for an assigned group of lawyers:
Ensure consistent and regular communication with lawyers regarding aged balances
Leverage secretaries and firm management to escalate problem accounts
Make recommendations for write-offs of aged or disputed balances where appropriate

As a member of the Field Service organization within Wealth Management, the Training Specialist is also an extension of the market and regional teams that they support throughout the territories assigned to them. They are responsible for providing ongoing platform support to Financial Advisors and Service Professionals, focusing on key platform enhancements and rollouts as well as developing strategies to encourage continuous engagement and adoption on existing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Home Office, Regional and Market leadership teams to develop a platform engagement strategy and execution plan for territories assigned
Lead virtual and/or in-person group sessions, workshop and/or one-on-one trainings on how to use new and existing platforms and reinforce messaging around why these platforms are important to practices and clients
Offer continuous support, refresher sessions and regular communications to ensure teams remain proficient with platforms and focused on engagement and adoption
Incorporate strategic priorities and messaging into all platform engagement responsibilities, such as driving efficiencies and enhancing the Morgan Stanley client experience
Serve as a subject matter expert for a set of defined key platforms, while also providing general support for all other platforms
Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions into the firm
Collaborate with key business partners across the firm to assist markets with additional platform support needs
Regularly track key metrics and key performance indicators to remain focused on delivering results
Share success stories with peers to drive a culture of collaboration and maximize impact
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a field relevant to the position
Active SIE, Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or willingness to work towards licensing
College degree preferred
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms and changes
Expert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office and internet applications
Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Job Summary
The Conflicts Attorney is responsible for daily review and analysis of conflicts and other issues related to firm acceptance of new clients, new matters and lateral attorneys, and interface with the senior members of the Conflicts Department and possibly the General Counsel's Office regarding approval of new matter and lateral attorney hiring requests. The Conflicts Attorney will handle additional assignments from the General Counsel's Office and firm administration, as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Analyzes conflict of interest reports for all new firm representations and lateral attorney hires to identify potential conflict problems.
Resolves conflict of interest issues (to include obtaining necessary waivers and drafting ethics wall memos) related to the firm's clearance of new clients, new matters and lateral attorneys.
Analyzes information provided with new matter requests for compliance with firm policies and applicable rules of professional responsibility, and reviews and edits draft engagement letters for compliance with same.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic knowledge of conflict-of-interest principles under professional responsibility rules.
Basic knowledge of an automated financial management system such as Elite, MS Word, Excel, and internet research related to corporate family relationships.
Basic knowledge of and ability related to technical systems associated with law firm new business intake. Knowledge of InTapp preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff and attorneys.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a productive committed work effort, meeting deadlines and managing workload.
Ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, apply critical and creative thinking, and pay strong attention to detail, to draw valid conclusions or develop solutions to complex problems.
Education
The position requires a Law degree and bar membership.
Experience
The position requires a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in the area of conflict of interest law and/or professional responsibility. Three (3) years of experience in a mid-size to large law firm is preferred.
