Partner with internal teams, including TA Strategy, HRXpress, Payroll to identify solutions and ensure accurate documentation and records for new hires. Maintain up-to-date candidate status reports and proactively communicate updates to recruiters. Ensure operational excellence by adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and process standards.
