You will: * Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients. * Collaborate with our dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. * Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff. * Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes You have: * Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. * Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills. * Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes * Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. * Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline * A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care. * Two or more independent and active state licenses. Your Qualifications: * Therapists employed by Talkiatry must already have at least two active and independent licenses to practice in the state(s) where they intend to work.
