Pros of working at Crown Castle International

Good benefits and the employee culture is great. Tight knit groups work well together.

Cons of working at Crown Castle International

Executive management has been making questionable decisions for the last few years and the lack of transparency in their business decisions and employee decisions contribute to the downward trajectory of the stock price, employee morale, and employee numbers.
