Primary Responsibilities
Lead the SAP team focused on implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and HR related solutions
Specific areas of focus include the following SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, LMS, Reporting, Integrations and other HR related solutions
Develop a strategy that is aligned with HR's overall business strategy.
Identify and resolve gaps between requirements in Crown's business processes & the SuccessFactors solution.
Develop long term strategies for enhancing the solution and deploying the solution globally.
Stay abreast of new and updated technologies in HR
Work with Senior Leadership/ Upper Management to align on strategies, plans, executive reports and dashboards
Manage the execution of project work plans to ensure that all team resources are efficiently meeting deliverable dates.
Manage the verification of project deliverables so that they are adequately tested, meet the business needs and sufficiently address all development items.
Ensure the users and process owners accept the new technology and processes and use it in their daily work.
Ensure that the SuccessFactors solution and plans are properly integrated with and support other Business System areas and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related field, along with at least 10 years of related experience required.

This role in summary
We're looking for Material Handlers to operate power vehicle equipment in accordance with company regulations, requirements and safety instructions. Follow standard delivery schedules/routes throughout the plant. Perform routine maintenance and equipment reporting as required. Minimum Qualifications
* Less than 2 years related experience
* Associate degree (Accounting)
* Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
* Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. What Nuclear Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health
Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.
Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines; may also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy. Shift/Schedule
* 35 hours weekly
* Monday - Friday 2:00am - 9:30am
* Availability Pay (call on evenings & weekends). This is shared by our team and ends up being 2-3 weekends a year plus 1-2 holidays a year.
Responsibilities
Under the immediate direction of a qualified licensed Staff Pharmacist, you will be trained to draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the regulations of the State Board of Pharmacy. Many of your duties will include:
* Prepare prescriptions by typing labels and obtain Staff Pharmacist approval
* Draw doses into either a syringe or vial
* Perform quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with Federal, State, Company and manufacturer's guidelines.
* Receive, document, and store incoming and outgoing pharmaceuticals according to the Department of Transportation and Company guidelines
* Maintain computer inventory and records to ensure proper utilization of materials and accounting for Rx drugs
* Assist and/or perform in the labeling of blood cell products
* Perform general laboratory and facility clean up
* May perform clerical and administrative services including maintenance of daily records, preparation of receipts, report preparation, and maintenance of billing records
* Make deliveries to accounts with company vehicles as needed
* Speak with customers and address questions and/or concerns via telephone
* Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy. Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding
Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
* Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy, licensure as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
* Certification may be required
* Experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
* Strong customer service skills
* Manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting, and holding of small objects
* Demonstrated manual dexterity to dispense doses
* Ability to lift containers weighing up to 75 pounds
* Must hold a valid driver's license in the state in which the pharmacy is located
* Intermediate computer skills (ability to use computers and tablets)

Product Specialist - Automation & Emerging Technologies
Primary Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects and visits with customers and local resources.
* Oversee the installation and commissioning of technology solutions at customer facilities and testing/demo locations.
