The pay was good; that was the only Pro of working for this company.

Abusive management, no support, and everything rolls downhill to the employees. Management takes no responsibility for anything, and HR backs up Managers who should be fired.

There are no perks or benefits.

I would remove Toxic Managers. It is a male-driven culture, and women are not promoted to management. Women are not treated right. Men get applauded for zipping their pants while women are constantly treated as less than and expendable.

It depends on which job you are applying for.

In my experience, compensation depends on which Branch you are located in.

The company is not diverse at all. It is all old white men.
