As an Entry Operator you will be responsible for overseeing the closure (cap) production lines through observations, quality checks and manual machine maintenance.

Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds as well as must be able to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts, days, nights, and weekends and be flexible and responsible for the changing needs of the organization.
Must be committed to fully complying with all OSHA safety rules and regulations as well as be committed to quality.

JOB TITLE:
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Electrician provides support to plant operations and will trouble-shoot, repair, program, replace, maintain, and install electrical/electronic systems for production related equipment and building utilities within the facility. Responsibilities include following all local, state, and federal electrical codes. Documentation of problems and maintenance of equipment and facility systems are also required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trains others as required in any phase of electrical skills. Prepares workstation, installs, repairs and wires all the electrical and electronic apparatus, devices, and circuits throughout the plant, in accordance with national electrical code requirements.
Dismantles, inspects, determines source of trouble, repairs, adjusts, or replaces faulty parts and wiring on machinery, equipment, motors, generators, power distribution and control panels, circuit breakers, rectifiers, electronic devices, etc. Reassembles, tests, and adjusts for safe and proper operation.
Makes power cable splices and works hot lines as required. Fabricates brackets and miscellaneous parts, solders, silver solders and braces as required. Cuts, threads and installs conduit. Removes and replaces obstructions, parts and equipment to gain access to trouble areas and fulfill job duties.
Completely wires and maintains building and structures, including lighting fixtures. Computes load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment. Performs preventative maintenance. Required climbing. Keeps own work area and equipment clean and orderly. Maintains necessary records. Works from schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, written and verbal instruction
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Three or more years related industrial electrical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Minimum requirements**

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar engineering area
3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience
Experience with mechanical design, gear design, cam design, and/or food packaging machinery design
Proficient with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor design software
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Maintenance Manager Pay Rate: $101,000 - $134,600 (USCORE) Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP's annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:
* Actively supervises employees in the everyday coordination, execution and planning of maintenance efforts, including a 24/7 maintenance team.
* Report to Site Manager any information that may impede the operation of the plant as soon as it becomes known, while providing technical expertise regarding plant equipment and facilities.
* Initiate and/or maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program and Implement quality improvement and cost reduction ideas.
* Contact and work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.
* Maintains adequate inventories of spare parts and Purchase materials, parts, and supplies as required.
* Troubleshoot and solve problems.
* Identify areas where safety issues could arise and take measures to proactively address the concerns.
* Plans, schedules and monitors the timely completion of maintenance work orders.
* Maintain a good working relationship with the plant management, supervisory staff and hourly employees.
* Maintain good housekeeping practices.
* Continually communicate in a positive manner.
* Participate in weekly, monthly, semiannual and annual safety and environmental audits.
The Skills You Will Bring:
* Demonstrated personnel supervisory skills.
* Five + years' maintenance and leadership experience in a manufacturing plant.
* College and/or related technical courses preferred.
* Five years' experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity preferred.
