Attends internal and external training courses required to establish safe maintenance operations. Overhead crane inspection certifications, NFPA Arc Flash, and electrical safety are examples of training required. Effectively communicate within upstream and downstream Team Members to address safety, quality, and efficiency issues/concerns. Must be willing to work weekends, and scheduled/unscheduled overtime. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years of documented experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical application.
