Position Overview:
This is a dual position:
• The forklift operator ensures the packaging, handling, and shipment of a quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• The Palletizer Operator works independently inspecting product and line

Forklift Operator duties and responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Plant Shipping Supervisor, the Forklift Driver/Operators responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Ensures all equipment, guards, and safety devices are in place at all times, and follows safe work procedures and safety rules
• Operates sit-down propane forklift to transport inventory and load tractor trailers for shipment
• Transports inventory in warehouse to correct locations and stages orders for shipment
• Understands daily production schedule and corresponds with management, leads, and coworkers accordingly
• Performs visual inspection of aluminum cans and packaging quality
• Monitors schedules, equipment, or processes, and reports problems to Supervisor
• Follows all SOP's (standard operating procedures) and communicates with proper personnel as concerns or issues arise
• Assist Quality Assurance in locating pallets for sampling
• Performs other related duties as required

Palletizer Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
The Palletizer Operator is an entry-level position will be responsible for operating automatic can palletizing equipment to pattern and/or transfer cans to and from pallets
Requirements
• Minimum 18 years old
• High School diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Equivalent with 3+ years working on a sit-down forklift experience required
• Working in a manufacturing setting (high-speed manufacturing is preferred)
• Must be able to withstand extreme climate changes especially during summer and winter months
• Effective and proven communication skills (both written and verbal) working in a team environment
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time
• Effective record keeping skills and the ability to focus on details
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods as well as work on elevated stationary platforms and withstand extreme climate changes especially during summer months
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, good record keeping, and precision abilities is highly desirable
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, either nights from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., or days from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and overtime as business needs dictate

Primary Functions Include:
This position is in the training program and will be required to complete a 3,000-hour training program to be fully qualified as a LSM Adjuster/Oven watcher. Extensive on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided. Responsibilities include:
Observe, maintain, adjust, clean, remove cans and make minor repairs to automatic lacquer spraying machines and related equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity production on assigned equipment
Start/stop lacquer room equipment, including pumps, vibrators, exhaust fans, etc
Set up and adjust all spray room equipment when necessary
Detect and remove defective cans by visually examining production flow
Remove all jams from assigned equipment
Lubricate assigned equipment as required
Start up and shut down ovens
Place lacquer waste materials into proper containers
Maintain checklists, lubrication lists or other related records as required
Receive and offload tanker trucks
In addition to performing maintenance duties, concurrently maintain and/or operate equipment as assigned
This person will have primary responsibility for safety in all areas of the assigned duties
SALARY: Starting wage $26.6123 progressing every 1,000 hours up to 3,000 hours ending at a max of $28.7670 as a fully trained LSM.

Responsible for repair, installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. You will schedule maintenance, and installation to ensure production operations. Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00

A Recycling Representative's role is to evaluate a supplier's recycling needs and offers, through consultative sales techniques, recommendations to fulfill those needs in order to generate and maintain profitability to achieve unit objectives and business goals. Executing business development activities through all phases of the sales process including prospect development, cold calling, submitting proposals, and actively competing for recovered fiber from commercial, manufacturing, and industrial business that generate recyclable materials is a primary function of this role. Some examples of these include printers, distribution centers, and manufacturing businesses. The position requires an individual that is self-motivated and capable of selling a service rather than a product and acquiring new customers that are profitable while meeting their recycling demands.
The Job You Will Perform:
* Develops and secures profitable recyclable material supply for the plant
* Understands plant costs and applies that knowledge through the use of account profitability analysis tools
* Understands the plant's capabilities and sources fiber accordingly, using professional selling skills to acquire new business
* Develops and executes an effective prospecting and fiber procurement plan
* Monitors recycling market pricing and adjusts existing supplier pricing as needed to maintain satisfactory margin
* Acts as a liaison between the supplier and the plant to ensure timely, accurate information flow between the two in order to maintain a positive long term relationship
* Develops a clear understanding of supplier's business and critical requirements through frequent visits to supplier's facilities.
* Handles supplier complaints promptly and effectively
* Practices effective time and territory management
* Functions effectively as a member of the plant fiber sourcing team
* Interfaces effectively with other departments and maintains open lines of communication with stakeholders
* Owns the account and all that the account entails

High school diploma or GED equivalent required, bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical engineering or other technical degree program
3 or more years of maintenance/supervisor experience

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
