OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB To carry out duties and responsibilities of the Sheriff's office by assisting in civil, criminal, and public service law enforcement, acting under the direct orders of the Sheriff or Chief Deputy Sheriff. The Lead Cultivation Agent works within our on-site cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye on cleanliness and efficiency of the production area. CORE JOB DUTIES Agent Support and Management: Responsible for overseeing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory. Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations. Responds to all gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts. Responsible for delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility. Coordinates with Garden leadership to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff. Cultivation Operation Management: Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs. Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy. Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required. Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for cultivation facility. Reports and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred. Demonstrated experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility preferred. Two years' experience within a production facility, regulated field highly preferred. The Desktop Technician's role is to provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. The Desktop Support Technician is the second level technical support technician whose role requires resolving technical issues that are not able to be resolved at the first level of support. Summary A Field Service Technician (FST) is responsible for maintenance and service of USA Compression equipment reporting to the Area Service Manager (ASM). With minimal supervision and significant autonomy, the typical areas of responsibility include safely performing scheduled maintenance, maintaining and building customer relationships, and providing first line support for equipment troubleshooting. Accurately gather and prepare data for reports critical to unit operations on regular due dates. * Respond quickly to ASM or customer inquiries. * Oversee and/or participate in the installation of compression units and customer with installations. * Work closely with the Lead Service Tech and ASM on major repairs; escalate when necessary based on protocol. * Maintain and operate company vehicle according to company guidelines. * Work with sales team to identify new sales or equipment opportunities. * Maintain and/or partner with a parts department to ensure sufficient parts inventory for each unit. * Keep each assigned unit clean following good housekeeping rules and maintain safe working conditions. * Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Skills/Capabilities and Education * Technical or trade school certification or additional work experience in related field. * Prefer at least 2 years of experience in gas compression with preference to CAT, Ariel and/or Cummins certifications and experience. Depending on the equipment assigned, this role may maintain large or small horsepower units, gas lift or traditional compression units along with other related equipment associated with our business. * Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record history acceptable to USA Compression. * Solid professional communication/interface skills with customer field personnel, onsite vendors, and other employees. This role is often the USAC position with the most customer interaction.
