As a Dedicated Sales Director, you'll lead the full sales lifecycle-prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and implementation. You'll shape CRST's dedicated growth strategy by building programs tailored to customer needs while partnering closely with Operations and Pricing teams. **What You'll Do** + Identify and win dedicated fleet opportunities with enterprise and mid-market shippers + Build customer-specific fleet designs using insights from Operations and Pricing + Develop go-to-market strategies that grow CRST's dedicated footprint in key markets + Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer decision-makers + Lead negotiations and structure multi-year agreements that balance value and profitability + Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementation + Use customer data, industry trends, and competitive insights to refine strategy + Represent CRST at customer meetings, industry conferences, and events **What Great Looks Like** + Strong record of selling asset-based or dedicated solutions + Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles + Comfortable designing custom solutions based on customer need and operational capability + Confident communicator who builds trust with executives and cross-functional teams + Resourceful, data-driven, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications** **Required** + High school diploma or equivalent + Proven success selling asset-based or dedicated transportation solutions + Experience designing and launching customer-specific fleet programs + Strong negotiation and contract management skills + Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to build profitable solutions + Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office **Preferred** + Four-year degree + Experience selling to national or enterprise-level accounts + Ability to use performance data to support pricing and design decisions + Cross-functional collaboration experience with operations, pricing, and leadership + Strong executive-level communication and consultative selling skills **Why CRST?** CRST is celebrating 70 years of grit, growth, and forward momentum.
