What Does A Crude Unit Operator Do At Statoil

* Handle crude & condensate trucking activities (currently Statoil’s shale production areas in Eagle Ford Bakken & Marcellus) – contracting/planning/scheduling & executing plan
* Handle crude & condensate ‘gathering’ pipeline activity - (currently Statoil’s shale production areas in Eagle Ford, Bakken & GOM) – planning & scheduling
* Support production Asset Managers with Midstream operations and domestic logistics expertise
* Support crude oil trading group with Midstream operations and domestic logistics expertise
* Interface closely with volume settlement and accounting functions
* Integral member of onshore HSE team – particularly with in regards to trucking HSE
* Interface closely with transportation (trucking & pipeline) reconciliation and settlement functions
* Maintain a good relationship with JV partners and transportation companies operations personnel
* Member of a team of onshore crude operations covering Eagle Ford, Bakken, GOM & Marcellus production areas – role will include cover for other crude operations personnel
* Work closely with Statoil Marketing & Trading operations group and traders in Stamford CT
