Pros of working at Cruise Automation

Beautiful buildings in sf and a gorgeous view from the roof top. Booze fueled company parties renting out the oracle stadium.

Cons of working at Cruise Automation

The toxic work environment and horrorible weworkesque atmosphere. Very unpleasant and unprofessional petty people in all departments and management positions.

Cruise Automation benefits

There was a cute arcade on the 5th floor and small gym and shower rooms in basement. The catering was good when it didn’t give everyone in the office food poisoning.

What do you like best about Cruise Automation's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing, he treated everyone like his personal assistant and constantly demanded special treatment and extra accommodations

How would you improve Cruise Automation's culture?

Stop forcing subordinates to engage in alcohol and gossip. Treat the contract employees like human beings and not life stock.

How did you prepare for the Cruise Automation interview?

Throughly prepared my resume and presented all my past deliverables and had multiple FTE references.

What brings you the most joy at Cruise Automation?

Using the arcade or enjoying the view from the roof top during glee week

What's the diversity at Cruise Automation like?

It was pandering and patronizing for the most part but there was some effort.

How does your compensation at Cruise Automation compare to the industry average?

Multiple instances of human rights violation and a blatant example of exploitation in tech start ups.
