The Demand Operations team keeps the pulse on community sentiment and service quality within the Texas markets. The core function of the Demand Ops Program Manager is to ensure that Waymo maintains a positive presence in the community by minimizing disruptions to events, reporting on market health to internal stakeholders, partnering with Engineering and Product to optimize pickup and dropoff experience at top locations, and build relationships with community members.
You will:
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with large events and minimize service disruptions
Build reports on overall market health for region and communicate to a variety of stakeholders
Design and optimize pickup and dropoff experiences at major venues
Build and maintain strong relationships with key community stakeholders
Monitor, mitigate and and respond to service quality issues based on rider and community feedback
Partner with the marketing team to enable key partnerships with the Texas markets
You have:
5+ years of experience in a combination of project management, operations management or program management
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive continuous improvement in Operations
Thorough local knowledge of Texas markets (Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and/or Houston)
Experience in risk management and process improvement
Bachelor's degree

This role has an annual starting salary range of $115,000 - $135,000. You have:

* Quality and compliance rigor, ability to maintain 100% as built documentation within 5 business days of go-live
* Demonstrated ability working with network/internet service providers for circuit provisioning

About the Role Houzz's brand advertising sales team is responsible for monetizing Houzz's consumer and trade audiences through advertising and sponsored content sales. Brand Partners work with companies in the home decor and home improvement space to ensure they understand the value of advertising on Houzz and to persuade them to do so. As one of only a handful of salespeople on this team, each brand partner manages a territory or account list and is responsible for generating advertising revenue that meets or exceeds an annual quota.

Manage a territory and sales quota, particularly focused on brands in home related categories
Develop account and territory strategies for long-term revenue growth

The Waymo Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states.
The Labeling Platform Team creates data solutions to power groundbreaking research and development during all stages of the ML Lifecycle: pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, etc. The labeled data that the team produces is used to directly enhance and evaluate the Waymo Driver as well as the vast variety of models that power other parts of the business.
In this hybrid role you will report to a Technical Lead Manager/Staff Software Engineer.
You will:
* Build state of the art labeling infrastructure to enable production of labeled datasets.
* Improve the "data flywheel" end to end efficiency through automation and monitoring.
* Work with the labeling operations teams to hillclimb on process efficiencies and build tooling to manage large workforces and distribute tasks effectively.
You have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 3+ years equivalent experience
* Experience developing data annotation/review tools. EG: Labeling for ML, Content Reviews for Trust and Safety, etc.
* Experience building API servers, web backends.
* Experience building, optimizing, debugging, and maintaining large scale data processing pipelines.
* Proficiency in Typescript and/or Frontend frameworks (Angular, ReactJS).
We prefer:
* Experience in developing diverse data annotation tooling and infrastructure.
* Knowledge of the application of labeled datasets within the full ML ecosystem.
* Experiencing programming using C++, Python.
* Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI-based products.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the role location or, if the role can be performed remote, the specific salary range for your preferred location, during the hiring process.
Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo's discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.

$136,000-$173,000 USD
